Key drawings
A set of key CAD drawings in PDF format, such as plans and elevations, together with the Design and Access Statement (DAS), if available. These give us an initial understanding of the scale and complexity of the scheme.

The 3D Model
Confirmation of whether a 3D model of the proposed scheme will be provided and, if so, in which format, such as Revit or SketchUp. If no model is available, please let us know whether we will need to build it from CAD drawings provided in DWG format once the project proceeds.

The Planning Context
Any information already available on the visual assessment, including anything discussed with, agreed by or requested by the local planning authority. This might include the number and location of viewpoints, whether these have already been agreed, and the type of assessment the Verified Views will support.

Your intended planning submission date and any other key deadlines. If known, it is also useful to know when the proposed design, including both the building(s) and landscape, is expected to be fixed and when the relevant CAD drawings or 3D models will be available.

Where We Work

We work on projects across the UK from our London studio, with recent commissions covering sites across central London, including the City of London and Shoreditch, as well as Slough, Wilmslow, Wandsworth, Richmond, Brixton, Barnet, Windsor Great Park, Cambridge and many other locations.

Our experience ranges from strategic and long-distance views to more sensitive townscape and heritage settings, including conservation areas and the settings of listed buildings. We are used to working within varied planning contexts and adapting the scope of the visual assessment to the particular requirements of each site.
